Power of 7 Programme Process

The programme is based on a learning structure which leads to new knowledge being passed through a large number of people in a proactive and effective manner.  The additional benefits can be significant, from improving the self esteem and abilities of individuals, to energising the dynamics of the team, encouraging mutual self respect, unleashing untapped potential and ultimately enhancing business performance.

  • An internal 'Champion' is identified and 7 people are chosen to be ‘The Magnificent 7’. 7 is considered the perfect group number for learning  
  • Each of these 7 are coached in valuable new learning skills and then research an area of a chosen subject, for example Customer Service
  • Each gives a presentation on their researched topic to the other 6, sharing their learning 
  • Each of these 7 are then trained in energising Power of 7 coaching techniques leading to certification and/or formal qualification
  • Using their newly acquired skills and techniques, the 7 then work with 7 further people each. They give guidance on sub-topic exploration and provide coaching in research skills and presentation confidence
  • Certification is awarded following successful completion.  49 people within the organisation are now focused on the area of interest and deeply involved in the learning journey 
  • The process can continue until everyone in the organisation is involved in researching a chosen topic and presenting the findings to others – learning, growing and passing on new knowledge throughout the whole team
  • Feedback is given at each stage and the findings and overall impact of the programme are evaluated and presented back to the organisation 
  • The programme process can then be applied to further topics and repeated as often as the organisation chooses
