The Power of 7 programme awards participants a certificate for all training successfully completed. Further options are available to achieve the nationally recognised ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) coaching qualification.

Coaching Award
This is awarded to each of the Magnificent 7 following successful completion of the Power of 7 coach training programme

Certificate of Achievement
This is awarded to participants who successfully complete the cascade programme in the subject area selected by the organisation

Accreditation Certificate
Magnificent 7 Award. This is awarded to each of the Magnificent 7 following successful delivery of two full cascades.
